The Exterior

There are a lot of exterior projects going on- some of the are already almost done! Right away, we knew we needed a new roof and new exterior paint. The existing roof andpaint job were over 25 years old- paint was peeling everywhere, and we knew the roof leaked. We got seller's concessions to help pay for this stuff (YAY!), but it was still a TON of work!
